Recently, for some political reasons CNN wanted to persuade their readers that the humanitarian aid corridor in Aleppo, Syria didn't work.CNN didn't want to be caught at telling a lie, so they published the lie by using "a someone's opnion" formula: we talked to someone somewhere and that someone told us he thought the humanitarial corridor didn't work.

Yes, this trick may work with unintelligent readers only, but when repeated again and again it creates a feeling that everyone thinks this way.
