Look at the User's menu! You will see a category "Files" there. But it doesn't implement its function. We have no button to add an uploaded file to a message. That's why I don't see the necessity of this category, because if we want to show any file to another person we can use other web resourses (only to add the link).

I think we can add the category "Files" to the frame "Exchanges" where "Videos" and "Photos" are. Let this category be public (not private)!
