On the page http://www.fun4biz.com/contestSUISubjects/answerForm we can see a phrase "Creating new record" above other text. But if to go back to the main page of any contest you will read "Create new". That is a mistake because a word "new" is an adjective and can't use without substantive. I tried to find cites where there is a phrase like we have. But I haven't found any one. Maybe I'm not right. If I do show me!

I suggest to correct a phrase by adding a substantive. I think it shoud be looked so: "Create a new record"  or "Create a new posting". The first variant corresponds to the phrase in anwerform "Creating a new record".
