I know a lot of men who can't knot their ties. Sometimes they have nobody in their family to teach them how to do that. Sometimes they simply don't like to do that. I suggest to open the service of necktie tying on base of the hairdresser's saloon. There are a lot of such saloons in Russian cities. I think it is easy to lease a part of space of a hairdresser's saloon for the above aims, because necktie tying refers to an image of a person. I suppose the service of necktie tying will help men to knot their ties corresponding to their suits (for example, for a week).
